Responsibilities
work with different systems (servers, storages, backup appliances, archive appliances, etc.) and hardware (DELL EMC, HP, ORACLE, IBM, etc.). Following standard procedures to escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal departments. Additional requirements: Windows OS, Linux, knowledge of virtualization
