Position: IT Technician
Location: Erbil
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
Responsibilities: Working as the first point of contact for IT support of the business. Diagnosing hardware problems. Replacing/repairing damaged network components, installing and upgrading antivirus and firewall software to maintain high levels of security. Testing new hardware and software before rolling it out across the business.
Experience: 1-3 years
