Position: Enterprise Application Support Engineer
Location: Baghdad
Job Summary: the Enterprise Application Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for enterprise-level applications. The engineer will work closely with the end-users, and other IT teams to ensure that the applications are running smoothly and efficiently. The specialist will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues, identifying root causes, and testing the solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for (Java Based) enterprise-level applications
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues
• Identify root causes of issues and implement solutions
• Work closely with the vendor team to ensure application stability
• Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve cross-functional issues
• Develop and maintain documentation related to application support processes.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years of experience in enterprise application support
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases (Oracle, SQL Server)
• Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and team player
• Telecom background (preferred)
• Digital Identity APPs experience (preferred)
