Position: Digital Application Support Engineer
Experience: minimum 3 years
Location: Baghdad
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or similar.
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for digital applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues
• Respond to user inquiries in a timely manner
• Monitor application performance and identify potential areas of improvement
• Develop and maintain documentation related to the application
• Assist in the development of new features or enhancements to existing features
• Test new releases of the application prior to deployment
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the successful implementation of new features or enhancements
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices related to digital applications
Qualifications:
Linux, No-SQL, APIs and Middleware, Python, Redis 7.0 (with ReJSON and RediSearch), JSONL, FastApi micro framework, NodeJs/React18/Next.js, Ansible
