Job Title: Admin Officer

Period: Permanent Position


  • Responsible for the overall administration within Finance department
  • Assist in the production of financial statements and applications, preparation of spreadsheets, reports and correspondence as required
  • Prepare and organize official correspondence with
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable.
  • Review and process of reimbursements
  • Participating in budgets preparation.
  • Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed
  • Ensure the correct documenting and updating of Finance archiving system.
  • Assist the finance team with the ERP data Entry.

Qualification & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • previous knowledge with Finance department


  • A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University or Education Institute in Finance, Accounting or Economics
